An Ever-Expanding E-Book Collection: Academic Complete

We’re thrilled to get this blog started off with some great news for all you up-and-coming scholars out there across HPU: through the library, you can gain access to Academic Complete, an excellent collection of electronic titles and online books available through the Ebrary e-books database!

Academic Complete offers a wealth of items from leading professional publishers (the collection currently numbers 30,000 titles and counting), and its content spans the full range of academic subject areas. Here you will find resources covering the following topics:

• Business, marketing, and economics
• Computers and information technology
• Education
• Engineering and technology
• Health, biomedical, and clinical sciences
• History and the humanities
• Life and physical sciences
• Social and behavioral sciences
• Subject reference and maps

The Ebrary ebooks can be accessed via the “Libraries” tab in HPU Pipeline (http://campus.hpu.edu/):

1. Under "Research Tools", click "Databases".
2. Once on the Database page, select "E-Books" (ebrary eBooks will be fourth from the top in the list that comes up).
